TEGSOFT_V2 END OF LIFE (EOL) ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear Valued Customers;
We are writing this announcement to inform you of an upcoming End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Sale (EOS) on the Tegsoft_V2. Tegsoft_V2 is going to be phased out and migrated to Tegsoft_V3.
End of Development (EOD)
|December 31, 2022||From 1st January 2023, all new development and improvement requests will be carried out on Tegsoft_V3. Software updates and patches for Tegsoft_V2 will continue to be released until the EOL date.|
End of Life (EOL)
End of Sale(EOS)
End of Support / End of Service Life (EOSL)
|June 30, 2023||From 1st July 2023, Tegsoft_V2 will no longer be supported and available for sale.|
The above schedule means that Tegsoft customers will have until 30 June 2023 to migrate their existing Tegsoft_V2 to Tegsoft_V3.
We sincerely appreciate your assistance in helping us to minimize the impact of discontinuation of Tegsoft_V2 on your company and your customers, assure that this EOL will not affect the existing service relationship much.
Tegsoft Widget (Beta Version) has recently joined the Tegsoft product family!We are pleased to announce that
Tegsoft widget is a component of the Tegsoft interface, that enables users to access certain Tegsoft services by adding this widget to their desired site pages.
After adding the Tegsoft widget to the site, along with many useful features, users will be able to receive inbound and web chat calls, make outbound and campaign calls as the agent, track the agents’ states as the supervisor, and so on.
For example, the following images show the lifecycles of inbound, and web chat calls on the Tegsoft widget.
Tegsoft provides you with a small snippet of HTML code for Widget. To add script data, go to your site editor and select the page where you want to display the widget. Paste the copied script before the closing </ body> tag in the relevant HTML file. This way you will get a widget on your site.
You can access this HTLM code snippet and sample widget test page by customizing the link below.
❗ Please do not forget to replace YOUR_TEGSOFT_SERVER_URL in the URL with your server.
❗ Please be aware that the widget script must be placed in the BODY tag to make it work.

The following improvements appear in this release:
"Leave when no agent" parameter has been removed from the voice skills (queues) parameters. In addition, new values have been added to the "Ready agent rules" parameter. These are;
- Takes calls in any situation,
- Queue call if ready agent exists,
- Receives a call if there is a ready and idle agent,
- If there is no agent, the call should go to "Destination Type".
If an IP of the agent logged on the V3 screen is not in the whitelist, this IP is now automatically added to the whitelist as Remote IP.
4. The automatic activity definition function in call transfer has been implemented on V3 screens.
The following fixed bugs appear in this release:
he "Ring Time" parameter in the Ring Groups has been removed, preventing it from affecting the Extension Groups.
The problem in extensions with "Not in use" status displayed as unreachable in the status panel has been fixed.
The problem in which the display of waiting calls in Webchat and Requirements queues is based on authorization has been fixed.
contact card creation issue when creating a new contact on V3 screens has been fixed.
New role of the user whose user role was changed has been provided to take effect.
