Welcome to the release notes for Tegsoft.

The release notes include key details about the Tegsoft current release, including information on new and improved features, bug fixes. Please review the topics carefully, as they include late-breaking information that may not be available in other Tegsoft documentation.

Information About Release 🔍

The purpose of the Release Notes communicates the major new features and changes in this release of the Tegsoft. It also documents known problems and work-arounds.

This Release Note is comprised of four sections:

1. What's New?
New Feature Notes describes and announces the new features of develop for Tegsoft products. Every item listed under this section describes the basics of a newly developed feature. Detailed descriptions/instructions will be accessible from the links provided at the end of the new feature description.

2. What's Improved?
Improvement Notes describes changes, about a feature/function that is already active. Type of changes are listed below:
• Data field updates (removal or addition of fields)
• Changes in reports or in applications
• API functionality changes
• Performance improvements
• Layout changes

3. What's Fixed?
Fix Notes are the list of known and fixed customer-reported defects or security fixes. Some instructions or workarounds may be described.

4. Related Documentation
Related Documentations are the list of links for more information related to the release.

1. What's New? 

The following new features appear in this release:

1. SendMail and TriggerAlarm functions have been added to the Functional IVR. 

Example uses of these functions are given below.

2. Channel-based (inbound, outbound, campaign, internal and web chat) Trigger parameters for Call offer and Call popup URLs have been added to the Integration Parameters as seen in the screenshot below.

3. Contact dial mode parameter has been added to the Voice Campaign Manager as seen in the screenshot below. These parameter values are:

  • New contacts calls only: Initiates the campaign calls for new contacts only.
  • Scheduled contact calls only: Initiates the campaign calls for scheduled contacts only.
  • Don’t start a scheduled call until new calls finished: Initiates the scheduled campaign calls first, and new calls after all scheduled campaign calls are completed.
  • Don’t start a new call until scheduled calls finished: Initiates the new calls first, and scheduled campaign calls after all new calls are completed.
  • Scheduled Call / New Call (Blended – Default): This is the default option. Initiates new and scheduled campaign calls in blended way.

4. Posta Güvercini provider has been added to the E-mail Integration options.

5. New Tegsoft user interface (TEGSOFT_V3) is ready for the Beta users.

ℹ️  If you want to try the new Tegsoft user interface, please follow the instruction below.
As shown in the screenshot below, in any browser, replace TEGSOFT_SERVER_URL with your server in this URL https://TEGSOFT_SERVER_URL/Tobe/forms/TegsoftVue/ and then go to this address by pressing enter button.

2. What's Improved? 

The following improvements appear in this release:

1. New columns have been added to the excel format report generated from Campaign Reports ➔ Campaign tab as seen in the sample report below. These columns are;

  • Last Process Date: Shows the date of the last action taken in a campaign according to the call schedule.
  • Last Call Date: Shows the date of the last call in a campaign according to the call schedule.
  • Attempt Count: Shows the total number of calls within the campaign.
  • Call Count: Shows the total number of successful calls within the campaign.
  • Call Duration: Shows the total call time of successful calls within the campaign.
  • Campaign Result: Shows the result of the campaign.
  • Campaign Result Value: Shows the result detail of the campaign.

2. Civil Number column has been added to the excel format report generated from the Activity Reports Contact tab as seen in the sample report below.

3. With the new improvement in Voice Campaigns, when the contact in the campaign reaches the contact dial limit, contact status is changed to "unreachable closed". The example dial plan for a contact whose contact call limit is set to 5 is given in the screenshot below.

4. Database maintenance option and hour parameter has been added to Server Settings as seen in the screenshot below. The default value for this parameter is 5:30-7:00

If you have a system that works intensively in this time slot, it is recommended to update the default time slot.

3. What's Fixed? 🔧

The following fixed bugs appear in this release:

1. Filtering options have been added to Real time status of agents, Real time status of skills and Real time status of campaigns services in Tegsoft Rest APIs. For detailed information, check the Dashboard tab in Tegsoft apidocs.

3. The problem in the Consecutive schedule call limit and Scheduled contact call order parameters within Voice Campaign Manager has been fixed.

4. Fixed the incorrect reporting issue in the Call Detail Recording (CDR) for extension group calls whose ring strategy is hunt or random, if the call is answered by extensions other than the first one.

5. Adding the related contact to To, Cc, Bcc issue in the newly composed requirement mail has been fixed.

6. On the Profiles menu, fixed the issue where the SAVE button appears active even though no settings have been changed.

7. When calculating the Ring Strategy in the Voice Skills (Queues), it has been ensured that the data within 24 hours are taken as a basis, starting from 00:00.

8. Turkish localization issue in Arrange contact phone numbers parameter in Voice Campaign Manager has been fixed.

9. Special character issue in the USERCODE parameter value has been fixed.

10. Numerical error issue in Skill (Queue) Reports data has been fixed.

11. Fixed the issue where some URL parameters are not serving their values within the Campaign Result Code. The parameters that can be used in the URL are given below.
