New Feature Notes

  • With 360Dialog, your company landline or similar numbers can be included in the webchat application. Related article: 360Dialog Chat Integration
  • With the Auto provisioning configuration for Fanvil SIP phone models, three new features have been added. Releated article: Fanvil Phones Features
    • Upload images for phone screen background.
    • Making a call as soon as the number is finished without dialing or # button.
    • Active DND keys are passive by default.

Improvement Notes

  • New parameter added for muting agents' call during hold to prevent agents' voice recording during hold state. Related article: New Call Features
  • New parameter added for hearing customer hangup sound on webRTC clients. Related article: New Call Features
  • New parameter added for keeping agents' second call active during a call transfer if the customer hangs up. Related article: New Call Features
  • Performance improvement on campaign dialing.
  • Project Details tab scroll problem fixed in the project dashboard.
  • "CALLID", "CAMPAIGNID", "SRC", "DST", "SKILL" columns have been added to excels of the Contact Activity reports.
  • The login IP address of the user has been added to the extensions screen.
  • From now, if the extension calls another extension, the caller's extension number and user name are displayed.
