New Feature Notes
- With the Webchat transfer feature, chat messages can be transferred between agents. Related article: Webchat Skills
- From now queue information for Webchat messages is visible in the “Status Report” field on the Agent Desktop screen. Related article: Agent Desktop Details.
- Your customers can share "IMAGE, AUDIO, VIDEO, DOCUMENT" files with your company in chat sessions. The agent can respond in the same way. Related article: Webchat File Attachment
