You can export any report you want from the Reports section.

🧠 4. In Tegsoft Reporting, which BI Tools are supported?

It is not a correct statement to say that Tegsoft only has integration with the X BI product.
Since we have SQL support and Public API services, you can get data from Tegsoft with all BI tools and provide analysis.
As project experience, I have realized projects with customers using Qlik Sense and Power BI.

Yes, In IVR has a DTMF report for customer dialing surveys.
In the live survey, you can create the questions that the Agents should ask and the answers they should receive and get the report.
SL, SLA, AR, ACW, AHT, ASA etc. Reporting of all data in Contact Center technology is available in detail.
