🔔 1. Can I receive a notification when I miss a call?

Go to Management > Alarm Management section. Select the default alarm name: ALARM0301 - There is no agent left in the queue. Then click the + button.

⚙️ Choose the Action Type

  • E-Mail: The notification is sent via email.
  • SMS: The notification is sent via SMS.
  • Push: The notification is sent by the Tegsoft Telescope App.

🎯 Action Target Options

  • If you select E-Mail, enter the customer’s email address.
  • If you select SMS, enter the customer’s phone number.
  • If you select Tegsoft Telescope App, enter the email address used when registering for the Telescope application.

Add the message template that will be sent.

After completing the alarm configuration, go to the Voice Queue section. Select Alarm Definitions and then choose the No Agent Left option.
