💰 1. Pricing, is there a standard price for Integration requests?

There is no standard price for integrations. Project Management team provides exactly this process.
Receives and reviews the request from the Customer or Partner. Once you identify the software
development need, the price comes into play.

🗄️ 2. Database integration – to get product list from the Database is it possible?

Yes, we can get data from a database with access by mapping.

🔗 3. Can we integrate with Hootsuite?

NB: Hootsuite is a social media management platform. The system's user interface takes the form of
a dashboard and supports social network integrations for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok.

There is no integration with Hootsuite, but there is messaging integration with Facebook and Instagram.
Detailed information about the request is required.

🔐 4. Multiple logins with the same account

You cannot login more than one browser with same user. It logs out from the first one.

📊 5. What is the maximum number of Dashboard login?

If you didn’t assign an extension to your dashboard user, there is no limit for user logins.

🌐 6. Is Internet required all the time at the site?

It will work for just internal calls without internet, but since we release new versions every 2–3
weeks, we recommend that the server always has an internet connection.

🎫 7. Integration with Zendesk - Does Tegsoft integrate with Zendesk ticketing system?

Various integrations have been provided with Zendesk. However, there is no specific integration
into the ticketing system yet.

Products with Tegsoft and Zendesk Public API can be integrated. For example, a ticket opened
in Zendesk is automatically created in Tegsoft with the same ticket number, and this information
is also processed in Tegsoft when the ticket is closed.

🖥️ 8. Which other web browsers are supported by Tegsoft?

Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox. Google Chrome is the recommended web browser.

🛡️ 9. Security – How secure is it?

Tegsoft is a system accessed securely with HTTPS protocol.

📡 10. Would you need internet or when do you need internet?

The application can function without internet. You’ll need internet to run updates and when you
have remote agents.

⬆️ 11. Can a customer upgrade an existing license package?

Yes, the upgrade is possible from Blended package to Omnichannel.

🖥️ 12. Dashboard - Do you need a separate display screen for the supervisor?

Yes, where necessary.

🔑 13. Dashboard - Do you need a separate license for the supervisor?

You don’t need a separate license.

📈 14. Dashboard - What is the maximum number of dashboard logins can one have?

No max.

👤 15. Can the supervisor be an agent, and do you need multiple licenses?

Yes. The agent license allows for both roles. The differentiator comes when permissions are defined for the user.

📥 16. Campaigns – Will you get an import sheet for additional information?

Importing and exporting Excel sheets is possible.

🎙️ 17. Recording – Is the call recording encrypted and can it be used in the court of law?

On Tegsoft, call recordings are stored in the customer’s own database in the system, preventing manipulation.
Call records are stored in the system without being encrypted.

Call recordings can be used as evidence in court, and we can provide specific log details such as
timestamp, which call, which representative, and each user listening to this recording.

Whether raw data can be used as evidence or not is subject to the laws of the region where the case
will be heard, but we can provide support when needed. If required, recordings can be encrypted externally.

💳 18. Does it allow for billing cost (PBX related)?

Contact Centre application does not focus on billing. A separate billing application will be required,
e.g., Teltrace Office Suite.

🚫 19. Can the customer opt out? Do Not Call List

Yes, it is possible.

🧱 20. Security – Does it have the capability of blocking every IP’s not allowed?

Yes. Unallowed IP addresses can be defined to be blocked.

📊 21. Scalability - What is the maximum number of agents to be connected?

No max. Tegsoft supports on-demand upscaling and downscaling to assist customers in managing
peak and off-peak periods.
