Call Result Codes also known as Call Disposition Codes are used by contact centers to label andcategorize the outcome of callsaccording to the reason why the customer iscontacting

Using call result codes, you can label all your campaign calls. For instance, your sales agents can mark prospects as being interested/not interested and your support agents can mark calls to indicate if the customer query was urgent/non-urgent. This information provides greater visibility into the customers and type of conversations that are taking place in your contact center.

Example Call Result Codes

  • Customer requested callback
  • Customer hung up / line dropped
  • Not interested
  • Requires follow up
  • Number successfully contacted but wrong number
  • Reached the wrong person, message left


This article covers how to create result code for a campaign in Tegsoft.

How to Create Campaign Result Codes?

Please follow the steps below in Tegsoft to create a new campaign result code.


Step 1 - Go to Management.

Step 2 - Go to Campaign Results.

Step 3 - Click Add (+) button.

Step 4 - Set the Parameters.

Step 5 - Click Save button.

 

The parameters in Step 4 are described in the table below.

Basic

Campaign Result

Enter a meaningful campaign result name.

Campaign Result ID

The ID is generated automatically after the campaign result is saved.

Status

Select whether the campaign result is going to be active or passive.

Next Action

Select the action to be taken if this campaign result is selected. There are four options:

  • Stop: The contact with this result code is removed from the campaign data.
  • Schedule: The contact with this result code is called again after the scheduled time.
  • Remove called number and continue calling: The contact's phone number that was called is removed from the campaign data, the other phone numbers continue to be called.
  • Block called number and continue calling: The contact's phone number that was called is blocked and blacklisted, the other phone numbers continue to be called.

Schedule

If the schedule option is selected as the next action, the scheduled time is entered.

Actions

Destination Type

If the contact is going to be transferred to another campaign by selecting this result code, the campaign type is selected.

Destination

The campaign to which the contact is going to be transferred is selected.

Notes

Enter the notes related to the destination.

URL

URL

If a URL is going to be triggered by selecting this result code, the URL is entered.

Order 

The trigger order of the entered URL is assigned.

Notes

Enter the notes related to the URL.
