Article Summary

Tegsoft has developed a new product named Ticketing Solution for Requirements Management on V3 screens. 


With this development, tickets are now able to 

  • Display and manage appropriately,
  • Resolve on time,
  • Direct to the relevant departments 

by the agents in the Agent Desktop.


The following screens show a ticket received by the agent and the actions that the agent can take regarding the ticket.

In order to configure the ticket solution, first of all,  the Requirements or Complaints structure need to be created. 

Further information about this configuration can be accessed from Requirements & Complaints Configuration article.

In addition to the configuration steps in the above article, one more parameter needs to be set. For this, please follow the steps below.

1 ➤ Go to Requirements Complaints.
2 ➤ Go to Requirements & Complaints Settings.
3 ➤ Click Department tab.
4 ➤ Select Distribution Strategy as Agent.
5 ➤ Save the settings.

Note: Tegsoft users who want to move from Requirements Management in TEGSOFT_V2 to TEGSOFT_V3 need to have a per-user license. Further information about licenses and the migration process reached from Tegsoft Sales Team at sales@tegsoft.com.
