Yealink announce feature

This feature allows you to make announcements to the phones you have connected via the application with a single button without making a call. It only works on yealink phones. It must be a yealink phone that sends and receives announcements.

Definitions

You must define the IP address of the phone that will send the announcement to the system. Then, you should assign the phones that will receive announcements from the Authority Between Groups section. Intercoms saaved to the system will appear in this section.

Name: Paging group name should be written in this field. You will see this name in the result section on the left panel after recording.
Group id: Any number can be entered.
Paging configuration type: There are three options. "Listen" only listens. "Paging" only speaks. "Both" both listen and speak.
Channel: Channel information can be entered if available, otherwise you can leave it blank.
Label: If available, label information can be entered, otherwise you can leave it blank.
IP address: You must define the IP address of the phone that will make announce in this field.
Volume level: The volume of the announcement. It is defined as max 10 min 1.
