Review the release notes for essential information about the Tegsoft product or release. Information given here may include important notification that changes your way of using the Tegsoft product.

  • Release Notes include information about new features, improvements, and security fixes. This file may also contain information about known problems and their workarounds.

  • New Feature Notes are describing and announcing the new features. Every item listed under this section will describe the basics of the newly developed feature. Detailed descriptions/instructions will be accessible from the links provided at the end of the new feature description.

  • Improvement Notes are describing changes, about a feature/function that is already active. Type of changes are listed below,

    * Data field updates (removal or addition of fields)
    * Changes in reports or in applications
    * API functionality changes
    * Performance improvements
    * Layout changes

  • Fix Notes are a list of known and fixed customer-reported defects or security fixes. Some instructions or workarounds may be described.

  • Publishment of the release affects two platforms below,

    * Tegsoft Cloud receives this release update automatically
    * On-premise installations require technical teams’ attention for upgrading.

  • Enablement of features described here may require an additional license or an additional subscription.

  • On-premise upgrades require an upgrade subscription

  • During the on-premise upgrade process, there may be outages. The upgrade process needs to be performed by a Tegsoft technician and should be supervised by the customer.

New Feature Notes

  • From now on, blind transfer can be done by typing extensions and pressing the "Enter" during the call, especially in Webrtc. Related article: Agent Desktop Details
  • A new feature has been added to the "Call Forwarding" menu. If the call cannot be reached, it will be forwarded to another destination.Features Related to Transfer Operations

Improvement Notes

  • The queue reports on agent basis have been improved. Releated article: Skill (Queue) Reports
  • Fixed the "Call group" combobox display issue on the "Extensions" menu screen. Extensions Featrues
  • Overflow calls can be reported in the CDR report. Releated article: [New added to Reports)
  • "Contact center services = Status message" options returned from the "agentlogin" service have been changed. A message describing the login failure will be displayed.
  • When the call is started with the API, if the result is closure, the reason is shown in the response by receiving the "Welcome message" in the text router.
  • Campaigns can be viewed by the authorized agents. Campaign Information and Definition
  • Added to authorization section for "CC - Delete campaign or campaign contact access" authorization. User Properties
  • Edited "Access-CRM-PHONE-EDIT" authorization.
  • The abandon call contact addition algorithm has been edited.

Fix Notes

  • The Gigaset extension directory issue has been fixed.
  • "API-RemotePBX - transferCall - Bridged channel for extension XXXX can not be located" error has been fixed.
