PMS / Hotel Management System

This article describes the methods for integrating Tegsoft with the PMS (Property management system) / Hotel management system. The majority of information and methods described here are functions provided by Tegsoft integration methods, with routes to related pages. Tegsoft’s role in PMS integration includes PBX / Telecom Product Tasks. In this context, sometimes information/commands are transmitted from the PMS to PBX and in some cases some information is get from the PBX database.

Hotel Management Settings

In order for the integration functions to perform their functions properly, necessary definitions must be done by using the options application. Some query explanations and functions are given below.

Room Call Cost Querying

DataProvider – GetData From Database service document includes the query method of the call cost and the related SQL statement.

Service/Product Usage Querying (Minibar, Dry Cleaning, Care Service etc.)

DataProvider – GetData From Database service document includes the query method of the product/service usage and the related SQL statement.

Room Status Querying

DataProvider – GetData From Database service document includes the query method of the room status and the related SQL statement.

Room Extension Code Querying
