Left Panel Usage

Login to system
After your username and password are shared with you by tegsof entering the required information in the “Username” and “Password” area defined specifically for each Supervisor/Team Leader on the login screen, login is made by pressing the "Login" icon or the "ENTER" key. The "Supervisor Screen" is automatically turned on when they enters the system.
The default screen that the administrator user will see when logging into the system. On this screen, there are system tool bar on the top right, menus and applications on the left panel. The last visited application will be active on the menu bar in the left panel. You can find information about the System right in the middle. On the right, you can find active users, active queues and trunk information.
Menu Tool Bar
In the menu bar, you can find all applications, definitions and screens in the system.
Main headings in the menu bar,
Applications: In this menu you can find the applications that the administrator or supervisor will use in the system.
Reports: All reports that the administrator or supervisor user can get from the system are here.
PBX Management: All PBX management operations of the administrator or supervisor user are in this menu.
CC Management: The menu where applications such as Queue, IVR, Trunk can be defined for the contact center.
Requirements Complaints Management: Created for complaints and requests, this menu is not yet available for use.
System Management: The menu for create user and system settings.
System Tool Bar
The description of the icons in this area is given in the table.
|User||You can see the logged in user's name.|
|User Activities||The users can save activity for themselves in the system.|
|Message Board||You can see the messages made between users on the message board.|
|Chat||You can chat with another user.|
|Learning and Support||Learning center and support page.|
|Log Out||The user logs out of the system.|
Not: Do not forget to log out when your work is completed in the application.
When the applications on the left panel are clicked, the application definition pages are opened. When you make a new definition on these pages and press the save button, the process will appear in the "Results" menu.You can filter within the definitions. You can easily find your definition.
Filter and Results section
When you definition in Tegsoft, the result of the definition will appear on the left panel. You can filter these definitions with the filter. There are multiple filter options in each menu. You can add or delete from the transaction menu on the definition pages.
There are filtering fields specific to the menu in each menu. You will see detailed information about these filtering options in the relevant menu articles. You can easily find the definitions.
In the table below, the operation and results menu icons
|Refresh||When clicked after the saving, it adds the definition to the results list. Refreshes the results.|
|Save||It saves definitions and changes in the database.|
|Add||A new empty record opens in the definition screen.|
|Delete||Deletes the selected record.|
|First||Goes to the first record in the results section.|
|End||Goes to the first record in the results section.|
|Previous||Goes to the previous page in the results section.|
|Next||Goes to the next page in the results section.|
