We provide our Tegsoft Solution on-premise with our server as well as on our Cloud Platform.

👥 5. Agent licensing is determined based on what criteria?
We license only those Agents who are simultaneously logged into your system. If you have Agents working in shifts, we license the number of Agents working in a single shift, not your total number of Agents. For example, if you have a total of 30 Agents but they work in 3 shifts, licensing will be based on the 10 Agents working simultaneously in a single shift.🔐 6. How can I log in to Tegsoft?
You can access domainname.tegsoftcloud.com using your domain name.
Replace domainname with your actual hostname, then enter your username and password to log in.

You can reset your password by contacting your Supervisor.

Go to CDR reports section. Select the date you want to view (at right top side). Then go to Caller/Destination section. Enter Agent's number you want to know. Click on html button at the right top side.🎵 12. Can I change the music while the customer is waiting on call?
Go to Management > Music on hold. Desired musics are added here and assigned to music on hold group.
Go to Infrastructure Management > Outbound Routes. Find the route where you want to change the music and select a precreated sound group from the Music on Hold section.
If you want different music during campaign calls, go to the Voice Campaigns section, select the campaign you want to change, and choose the wanted music group from the Music on Hold section.

Our client's Facebook Business (Meta) account requires some authorizations for Facebook approval.

When authorizations are received, Facebook generates an API URL and when this URL is written to Tegsoft, messages sent to the customer's official Instagram account are sent to Tegsoft as chat, comments and story responses are sent to Tegsoft as ticket.
Since this integration is instant, our customer has the ability to instantly return to the leads coming from Instagram from the Tegsoft interface.
📨 19. Telegram Application - Can Tegsoft integrate with the Telegram App?
Telegram integration is currently under development.
We have to work with Telegram's official partners for integration. Therefore, the process is not unidirectional (it has a slow development process).
📱 20. Can I use WhatsApp in the Contact Center?
Yes. WhatsApp Business API integration is included in our Omnichannel package.
While you can send Inbound and Outbound messages via WhatsApp, you can also share photos, videos, and documents. WhatsApp Business API is a service belonging to Meta and is priced separately.
