1. How to start an outbound campaign?

Open the voice campaign that has been created in the system. You can define the campaign type here.

Agent Campaign:
This is a type of voice campaign that requires an agent. Agents contact the people listed in the call list.

IVR Outbound Campaign:
This is a type of voice campaign that requires an IVR. By selecting an IVR from the system, the people added to the call list will hear the IVR flow during the call.

Missing Agent Campaign:
This is a type of voice campaign that requires an agent. Missing calls are added in call list.

Missing IVR Outbound Campaign:
This is a type of voice campaign that uses an IVR. Missing calls are added in call list by IVR.
