🖥️ 1. How can I log in to Tegsoft?

You can access domainname.tegsoftcloud.com using your domain name.
Replace domainname with your actual hostname, then enter your username and password to log in.

🌐 2. Which browsers can I use to access the web interface? You can use any of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
🔑 3. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

You can reset your password by contacting your Supervisor.
The Supervisor can change your password from the User Management section.

📞 4. Which buttons should I use when a call comes in? Press Enter or Spacebar to answer the call.
🔊 5. No voice in call. What should I do?

Check your connection speed to the Tegsoft server at

⏱️ 6. How can I access my call history?

+Go to CDR reports section. Select the date you want to view (at right top side). Then go to Caller/Destination section. Enter Agent's number you want to know. Click on html buttom at the right top side.

🎵 7. Can I change the music while the customer is waiting on call?
  • Go to Management > Music on hold. Desired musics are added in here and assigned to music on hold group.
    +Go to Infrastructure Management > Outbound Routes. Find the route where you want to change the music and select a precreated sound group from the Music on Hold section.
  • If you want different music during campaign calls, go to the Voice Campaigns section, select the campaign you want to change, and choose the wanted music group from the Music on Hold section.
