This action can only be performed by an admin.
Creating User
1. Go to https://YOUR_DOMAIN_DNS.tegsoftcloud.com/
2. Log in as an administrator
3. Go to Infrastructure Management > Extensions
4. Click Insert (Plus icon)
5. Fill in the mandatory fields (Extension, Display Caller ID, Password, Call Profile, Server, Phone Type). The Save button will be activated after you make any changes. Click Save to confirm.
6. Go to Settings > User Management
7. Click Insert
8. Set the Primary Role (If creating an agent, select Agent from the list)
9. Fill in the mandatory fields (User Code, Password, Name, Surname and Id). The Save button will be activated after you make any changes. Click Save to confirm.
Note: "User Code" is the "Username" in the login screen.
Note: "Id" is the Extension that you defined at Step 5.
