The company authority user should follow the steps below after the registration process.

You can log in to the Communication Management System at http://hs.iys.org.tr with the "e-devlet" information of the service provider authorized person or (if any) two additional account managers defined.

After entering the password, you can enter the "API Access" tab from the menu on the left side of the page that opens. Only service providers with Message+ package can access this page.

You can enter the contact information you want to add as a Technical Officer and the IP addresses you want to connect directly to. The IP Subnet mask must be in the range of 29-32.
If the logged in user will also be a technical authority, he/she can check the "Teknik Yetkili Benim" box and ensure that the information is ready.
After adding the information, continue by clicking the "API KULLANICISI OLUŞTUR" button.

After clicking the "API KULLANICISI OLUŞTUR" button, your Username and Password created for you will be given. This information will be displayed only once. Please be sure to save the incoming information.

You can easily copy by using this button in the Username and Password field.
The IP addresses you define appear in this field. Your IP identification will be done within 24 hours of submitting the request.
