  • Release Notes include information about new features, improvements, and security fixes. This file may also contain information about known problems and their workarounds.

  • New Feature Notes are describing and announcing the new features. Every item listed under this section will describe the basics of the newly developed feature. Detailed descriptions/instructions will be accessible from the links provided at the end of the new feature description.

  • Improvement Notes are describing changes, about a feature/function that is already active. Type of changes are listed below,

    * Data field updates (removal or addition of fields)
    * Changes in reports or in applications
    * API functionality changes
    * Performance improvements
    * Layout changes

  • Fix Notes are a list of known and fixed customer-reported defects or security fixes. Some instructions or workarounds may be described.

  • Publishment of the release affects two platforms below,

    * Tegsoft Cloud receives this release update automatically
    * On-premise installations require technical teams’ attention for upgrading.

  • Enablement of features described here may require an additional license or an additional subscription.

  • On-premise upgrades require an upgrade subscription

  • During the on-premise upgrade process, there may be outages. The upgrade process needs to be performed by a Tegsoft technician and should be supervised by the customer.

New Feature Notes

  • With the automatic activity feature, Tegsoft started to record the transaction history of transferred calls. This feature will automatically work when a transfer is made to the numbers registered as an activity and the call will be recorded.   • With the usage of HTTPS protocol, all your users who use your system with tegsoft will now be able to establish secure connections.HTTPS Protocol
  • With this feature, the authorized user can view closed web chat conversations as well as view live chats.Webchat Details
  • You will be able to use the "Hold Messages" feature on the panel to send a message to your customers who are waiting in Webchat queues.Webchat Details
  • The new project dashboard, you will be able to set up a special dashboard for you and the way you work. You will be able to create your personalized dashboard, which will only cover the graphics and information you want, from the server project management settings.New Project Dashboard
  • The Unique ID box in the User Management Menu has been made editable in the first registration.Modify Contact Details
  • The time information on the webchat call queue list in the status panel has been changed to hour: minute: second (HH:MM:SS) format. The large queue rows have been re-arranged. The waiting call detail list has been limited to 50 people. Webchat Details
  • On the Webchat skills screen, the time type in seconds or minutes of the fields working with time information is displayed on the relevant field.Webchat Details
  • Agents who will encounter technical issues due to connection problems will be informed with a pop-up on their screen.Agent Screen Details
  • As soon as the person to be called in the Preview Voice Campaign is opened on the representative's screen, the representative will be informed via a pop-up.Agent Screen Details
  • Paging and Intercom features have been added for Yealink T23g phones.

Improvements Notes

  • SMS sending has been improved.
  • Improvements have been made to Webchat SL reports.
  • Transferred call reports became more understandable.
  • TFTP service has been improved.
  • When Webchat is started, it is directed to the queue according to the skill parameter given.
  • After the development of the transaction history, newly added people to the campaigns were seen to be included in the campaign in the contact history field, and the campaign information of the newly included people started to be displayed in an editable way.

Fix Notes

  • Webchat Session problem has been fixed.
