Tegsoft Release Notes (Version 20210121)
The purpose of release notes is to inform the users about the new features and to provide a better understanding of the product.
Review the release notes for essential information about the Tegsoft product or release. Information given here may include important notification that changes your way of using the Tegsoft product.
The release may include some case results/feature requests that are reported by one or more customers.

Release Notes include information about new features, improvements, and security fixes. This file may also contain information about known problems and their workarounds.
New Feature Notes are describing and announcing the new features. Every item listed under this section will describe the basics of the newly developed feature. Detailed descriptions/instructions will be accessible from the links provided at the end of the new feature description.
Improvement Notes are describing changes, about a feature/function that is already active. Type of changes are listed below,
* Data field updates (removal or addition of fields)
* Changes in reports or in applications
* API functionality changes
* Performance improvements
* Layout changesFix Notes are a list of known and fixed customer-reported defects or security fixes. Some instructions or workarounds may be described.
Publishment of the release affects two platforms below,
* Tegsoft Cloud receives this release update automatically
* On-premise installations require technical teams’ attention for upgrading.Enablement of features described here may require an additional license or an additional subscription.
On-premise upgrades require an upgrade subscription
During the on-premise upgrade process, there may be outages. The upgrade process needs to be performed by a Tegsoft technician and should be supervised by the customer.
New Feature
- Call status notification popup feature has been developed. If the called party for the supervised transfer is busy or not available a new remarkable notification window is displayed to the agent. Call Transfer Features
- "Leave When Empty" feature becomes as a seperate flag while it was being asked in a combobox.Webchat Details
- All “Delete”, “Add” and “Change” transactions will be recorded as an audit log under the "Audit Management"-"Audit Log Details" section .Audit Log Details
- The call queue information is now available in the "Status Reports" field on the "Agent Desktop" screen.Agent Desktop Details
- The Text Router feature, which forwards the customer to the correct Webchat queue based on the first touch message is recieved, has been developed.Webchat Details
- Filter by “channel” option is added in "Contact Activity" reports. With this filter, you can get reports based on a channel type.Contact Activity Reports
- “Delete Photo” operation for contact card has been added. Releated articles: Modify Contact Details
- 2x fast-forwarding mode has been added for playing of call records.CDR Report Details
- Name Information of the interviewie is now visible to the customer on the Webchat sessions during the conversation.Webchat Details
- Webchat conversation records can are now exportable as Microsoft Excel formats. Webchat Details
- "Agent", "Customer" and "Date" columns are added to Webchat sessions reports.Webchat Details
Improvements
- The prioritization feature, which was previously added to webchat call queues, is now visible on the left pannel.Webchat Details
- For the systems which have large data sizes in CDR reports, the reporting time has been improved.
- The time displays have been changed to hours:minutes:seconds (HH:MM:SS) format for agent hold time in the "Status Reports" field on the "Agent Desktop" screen.Agent Desktop Details.
Fix Notes
- The issue of customers were put at the end of the queue when they send a new message because of a time reset during the conversation is fixed.
- Fixed a bug where the “Blind Transfer” button was being disabled after the “Supervised Transfer” canceled.
- Registration problem with phone numbers containing similar numbers has been solved.
- Spelling mistakes in the “Contact History” session and CDR reports have been fixed.
- Fixed the transaction record issue when there is an incoming call from another queue.
