# Twilio SMS Configuration

**Introduction** : This document describes how to configure SMS providers integrated with Tegsoft.

Tegsoft allows you to send SMS to not only a person but also a group. For this, you only need to configure your sms provider that has integrated with Tegsoft.

If your provider is not listed, please contact support@tegsoft.com.

You can send SMS with your Twilio account, or you can also provide SMS correspondence on your number, such as webchat. The necessary steps are listed below.

### STEP 1: TWILIO SETTINGS

Before Tegsoft Configurations, you should complete your Twilio Account SMS settings. The basic steps required for this are listed below.

Please login Twilio via URL; [https://www.twilio.com/](https://www.twilio.com/)

Access All Products & Services > Programmable SMS > SMS > Messaging Services

After that, If an incoming SMS will be received, send an incoming_message Webhook is selected.

**MY_DOMAIN**: replace your domain name

**MY_TEGSOFT_WEBCHAT_SKILLID**: Access Tegsoft > CC Management > Webchat Skills and add new skill by Twilio_SMS name. This parameter replace with ID in there .

REQUEST URL, FALLBACK URL ,STATUS CALLBACK URL must be filled as follows.

Please SAVE settings after all.

The other step is to assign a phone number for Sms.

For this please Access All Products & Services > Programmable SMS > SMS > your SMS services > Numbers

Here you need to add the SMS number you will use for SMS.

### STEP 2: TEGSOFT SETTINGS

Access All Products & Services > Programmable SMS > Dashboard. Click the link “Show API Credentials” in the upper right corner in Twilio.

Please take note ACCOUNT SID and AUTH TOKEN

Also , note the phone number you set for SMS in step 1. This phone number is must be E.164 Number (like +902121111111 )

- Please access **Management → Contact Center Settings → SMS / E-Mail Service Providers.**

To add new define you need to click “+” button and fill values on the right section of the application. After completing the editing process you need to click “Save” button on the left. You will notice “Save” button color changes after settings are saved.

**TYPE**: Twilio **Provider name** : Any name less than 50 characters can be given. **Provider type** : SMS **Username**: ACCOUNT SID **Api key** : AUTH TOKEN **Sender**: YOUR TWILIO PHONE NUMBER (ex; +90212111111)

- Please access **Settings → Integration Parameters.**

Add new item with “+” button. **NAME**: TWILIO_SMS **Login URL**: ACCOUNT SID **Call Offer URL**: AUTH TOKEN **Call popup URL**: YOUR TWILIO PHONE NUMBER ( ex; +90212111111 )
