Tegsoft widget is a component of the Tegsoft interface, that enables users to access certain Tegsoft services by adding this widget to their CRM. 

After adding the Tegsoft widget to the CRM, along with many useful features, users will be able to receive inbound and web chat calls, make outbound and campaign calls as the agent, track the agents’ states as the supervisor, and so on.

For example, the following images show the lifecycles of inbound, and web chat calls on the Tegsoft widget.

The integration and use of Tegsoft Widget are explained in detail below.

Add HTML Embed Code to Your CRM

Tegsoft provides you with a small snippet of HTML code for Widget. To add script data, go to your site editor and select the page where you want to display the widget. Paste the copied script before the closing </ body> tag in the relevant HTML file. This way you will get a widget on your CRM.

You can access this HTLM code snippet and sample widget test page by customizing the link below.

❗ Please do not forget to replace YOUR_TEGSOFT_URL in the URL with your server.

❗ Please be aware that the widget script must be placed in the BODY tag to make it work.

Widget Functionalities

After integrating Tegsoft Widget into your CRM as described above, the pop-up in the following screenshot will open.

Login Options:

  • Language: Choose in which language the widget will be used.
  • Session Type: There are 3 session types.
    • Agent: Broadest user role with all agent authority.
    • Unified Communication Client: The only difference from the Agent user role is that users cannot change their state.
    • Softphone User: Users cannot change their states and view extensions.
  • Username: Enter the user's username.
  • Password: Enter the user's password.

➤  Dialpad Tab

After logging in, the following Dialpad tab is opened.

In this tab, users are able to receive inbound and web chat calls, make outbound and campaign calls.

In this tab, users are able to monitor agents’ states and details.

In extensions tab, users are able to monitor predefined pop-up URLs.

In settings tab, users are able to adjust microphone, speakers, notification, and camera settings.
