Tegsoft Release Notes (Version 20211108)
The purpose of release notes is to inform the users about the new features and to provide a better understanding of the product.
Please, review the release notes for essential information about the Tegsoft products or releases. Information given here may include important notifications that change your way of using the Tegsoft products.
The releases may include some case results/feature requests that are reported by one or more customers.

• Release Notes include information about new features, improvements, and security fixes. This file may also contain information about known problems and their workarounds
• New Feature Notes describes and announces the new features f of develop for Tegsoft products. Every item listed under this section describes the basics of a newly developed feature. Detailed descriptions/instructions will be accessible from the links provided at the end of the new feature description.
• Improvement Notes describes changes, about a feature/function that is already active. Type of changes are listed below:
- Data field updates (removal or addition of fields)
- Changes in reports or in applications
- API functionality changes
- Performance improvements
- Layout changes
• Fix Notes are the list of known and fixed customer-reported defects or security fixes. Some instructions or workarounds may be described.
• Publishing the release notes affects two platforms given below:
- Tegsoft Cloud receives this release update automatically
- On-premise installations require technical teams’ attention for upgrading.
• Enablement of features described here may require an additional license or an additional subscription.
• On-premise upgrades require an upgrade subscription.
• During the on-premise upgrade process, there may be planned ort unplanned outages. The upgrade process needs to be performed by a Tegsoft technician and should be supervised by the customer.
New Features Notes
New API services are available. Please check apidocs.
A new development has been completed to support Sestek MRCP integration. For further information, please contact with our support team.
“Agent log-out” and “Agent early log-out” alarm definitions are added to “Alarm Definitions” section under “Voice Skills (Queues)”. With these new alarms, a supervisor can receive alerts when an agent logs out or when an agent logs out earlier than the pre-defined login duration.
Campaign results can be imported from an Excel file for voice campaigns. It is also possible to import campaign results for multiple voice campaigns from the same file. The file shall be in an appropriate format and contain campaign IDs with related result IDs.
External videos can be viewed in Tegsoft screens when uploded with an API. This feature can be used to view the screen recording of an agent and its call recording simultaneously. However, screen recordings (or videos) shall be provided externally; Tegsoft does not record videos by any means. In addition, the videos shall be uploaded to Tegsoft via Screen Recording Services API whose link is provided below. When a video is uploaded, it can be matched to desired Call ID, so that the video and call recording will be accessible in CDR section. When the related call is selected from the list, the video and voice record will be available to be played simultaneously. That is, when the voice is forwarded, the video will be forwarded too; meaning, simultaneous video and voice recording play is enabled. On the other hand, this feature requires a new type of license. Please contact with the sales team for more information about licensing.

Improvements Notes
- Performance improvements have been provided.
- Campaign filter type is added to campaign reports.
- License names have been updated. TegsoftCP_Multichannel has been updated to TegsoftCP_OmniChannel.
- Excel import feature is added to authority section of user groups.
- DTMF information is added to excel export file of “Contact” tab.
Fix Notes
- Filtering options in campaign reports are revisited and any detected issues are solved.
- Issues related to CDR reporting of scheduled calls in a campaign are solved.
- Problems related to editable areas in voice campaign are fixed.
- Hold and talk time areas are updated.
- Images can be viewed properly in requirements complaints screens.
- API service of agentNotReadyWithCustomReason is updated.
- Problems related to listening the voice recordings of campaigns in OFS archive type are resolved.
- Problem of answering the call related to API- ContactCenterServices – agentAnswer method is resolved.
- Campaign summary reports of agent screen is updated.
- Authorization related to viewing the phone number is updated.
- ICR log mechanism is updated.
- General localization is improved.
