This document explains how to implement real-time translation features in the Tegsoft system and how to integrate Google/DeepL service providers into the system. Tegsoft offers support for two different translation providers that can be used in real-time messaging and communication processes.
Google Translate API
DeepL API
Customers can activate the translation feature by entering the API information they receive from their preferred service provider into the system.
Configuration
Follow the steps below to start using the translation feature:
Step1-2: Go to Management to Contact Center Settings
Step3-4: Scroll down to find the Translation Settings.

Step5: Click +.
Step6: Fill the requirements about provider
Step7: Save the settings

Depending on your selection, the fields you need to fill in are as follows:
Provider: Choose the provider you want to use as active
API Key: This code must be the personal API key provided by Google or DeepL.
Not: Tegsoft does not provide this key for you; you must copy it from your account
