Reports of the surveys conducted during the conversations can be taken. In line with the results of this survey, companies can do improvement work, continue their efficient works, have information about customer portfolios. Survey data have a major role in firms' "Arge Studies".
Note: The Survey Report can only be taken in "Excel Format".
1-Summary Survey Report
Survey results can be displayed according to the criteria specified.
- Process Date: If we want to view the survey made on which date range, date selection can be done from this area.
- Campaign id: If a survey is made as a result of calling through the Campaign Module, this area can be inquired.
- Group: Surveys can be done through groupings. Query is done from this area.
- Campaign Date: If a survey is being conducted as a result of calling through the Campaign Module, inquiry can be made from the date of the campaign in this field.
- Agent: When it is requested to display the survey data of a single agent, the desired agent can be queried from this area.
2-Detail Survey Report
The Detail Survey Report can be created when the surveys and the answers of the customers are wanted to be checked.
Which information is stored on the contact card reflects the record of that information in the survey results. Surveys work as fully integrated into CRM. In contact cards, if there is which information which data is provided about the customer in CRM, this information is also included in the survey results as headings and explanations.
