You can view the server information and details of connection you setup with Tegsoft on this screen. Capacity information, time zone settings, server and Tegsoft IP information, enable IP, block IP information are kept in this area.
Server capacity information "Voice service memory" and "Management service memory" must be entered into the system and in the network settings, you must add the time zone information of the country you are working in. The system detects your time zone and runs the configurations you define at the right time.
The information will appear in the server settings field. Tegsoftcloud system will establish a connection with the IP you have given and transfer information between servers. In this area, you need to define the capacity settings and time settings of the country where the contact center is located. Other field descriptions are given. It is recommended not to make changes unless necessary.
The view of Server Settings accessed by following this steps. “PBX Manegment–> Server Settings“

Firewall
Field Name | Explanation |
---|---|
Enable public http | If the firewall is active, access to the WEB service on the server can only be from the networks that have been granted access. Selecting this option also allows IP addresses that do not have access permission to access the WEB screen. From all IP addresses with or without the option selected to the WEB service can be accessed, unselected means that the WEB service can be accessed only from the specified authorized IP addresses. |
Enable public dns | It is a parameter of a service within the system. It must be in the unselected state. It is not a parameter related to the user. |

Archive
Tegsoft enables voice files to be recorded and archived on a server. Sound recording files are primarily stored in WAV format. It compresses up to 10 times by converting to MP3 format every day at a specified time. Compressed MP3 files are archieved. There are 2 storage types: File System and IBM Object Storage. ArchiveDestinations and Archive/Backup sections under "Server Settings" menu can be used to make necessary configurations.
File systems configurations can be made by clicking on "+" button in the ArchiveDestination section and providing an URL for the related archive destination. Each archive shall be added one by one by, clicking on "+" button.
IBM Object Storage is another option to archive the voice recordings. This option is available to cloud users in addition to File System storage type. IBM Object Storage configurations are made by Tegsoft only. Please contact with Tegsoft Support if you need help for IBM Object Storage configurations.
The current destination for the archieve can be configured by selecting a related option from the "Arc. destination" drop-down list in the Archive/Backup section. However, for IBM Object Storage option the related configuration shall be made by Tegsoft only.
Field Name | Explantion |
---|---|
Archive retention | Specifies how long audio recordings will remain in WAV (raw) format before they are converted to MP3 format. For example, 10 Days preference indicates that recordings older than 10 days will be compressed to MP3 format, while 1 Hour preference means that recordings older than the last 1 hour will be compressed to MP3 format. No action is taken on the records until the conversion time. The control time difference is calculated relative to the conversion time. |
Arc. destination | Records will be archived in the file specified in this field. |
Data archiving time (hh:mm) | Specifies the compression time to MP3 format. It is in hour:minute format. For example, 01:30 should be entered for half past one night. The default value is 00:30. |
Last archive date (days) | Enables archiving of data older than the specified day. |
Backup hour (hh:mm) | This is the field where the time interval for data archiving will be entered. It is in hour:minute format. For example, 01:30 should be entered for half past one night. The default value is 03:30 – 05:30. The operation of the system is not affected during this time period. While this time period is preferred, the archive service can work comfortably and in a shorter time. It would be appropriate to choose a slice with little data to be completed. |
Targets for move the backup | The system backs up the entire database on its own disk at the specified time every day. After the backup process, it deletes the customer information from the backup file and backs up a compressed copy containing only the settings to Tegsoft servers. Firewall Settings and Backup and Restore for Tegsoft details are explained. |
Project data deletion hour (hh:mm) | Specifies the time for archiving (moving old compressed MP3 files to the archive destination). It is in hour:minute format. For example, 01:30 should be entered for half past one night. The default value is 01:30. |
