O-365 E-Mail Accounts Management

This document explains how to integrate Gmail, Microsoft, or other email service providers into Tegsoft. Tegsoft allows sending and receiving emails to both individuals and groups.

Configuration of the E-Mail to be Used

• Go to Infrastructure Management > E-mail Accounts Management. Click ‘’+’’ button. Three types of email service providers will appear.

• Google, Microsoft and Other

• If Google is selected, enter the email account to be used;

• If Microsoft is selected;

  

• If Other is selected, the fields on the displayed screen are automatically filled. After logging in, the account becomes active and operations can be performed.

  

• When Disabled is clicked, the account is automatically disabled. Fill in the fields on the screen and save using the ‘‘Save’’ button. Clicking on the ‘‘Envelope (Test Operation)’’ tab allows you to test sending and receiving emails.

  

• In the Test Operation tab, you can perform the desired checks by filling in the required fields.
