# Notifications & Warnings

**🔔 1. Can I receive a notification when I miss a call?**

  
    

  

Go to **Management > Alarm Management** section.

Select the default alarm name: **ALARM0301 - There is no agent left in the queue.** Then click the **+** button.

#### ⚙️ Choose the Action Type

  

- **E-Mail:** The notification is sent via email.
- **SMS:** The notification is sent via SMS.
- **Push:** The notification is sent by the **Tegsoft Telescope App**.

#### 🎯 Action Target Options

  

- If you select **E-Mail**, enter the customer’s email address.
- If you select **SMS**, enter the customer’s phone number.
- If you select **Tegsoft Telescope App**, enter the email address used when registering for the Telescope application.

  

Add the **message template** that will be sent.

  

After completing the alarm configuration, go to the **Voice Queue** section. Select **Alarm Definitions** and then choose the **No Agent Left** option.
