Mobiltim SMS Configuration

Introduction: This document describes how to configure SMS providers integrated with Tegsoft.

Tegsoft allows you to send SMS to not only a person but also a group. For this, you only need to configure your sms provider that has integrated with Tegsoft.

If your provider is not listed, please contact support@tegsoft.com.

Please access Management → Contact Center Settings → SMS / E-Mail Service Providers.

To add new SMS provider, you need to click add “+” button and fill values on the Details section according to the following parameters. After completing the editing process, you need to click “Save” button. You will notice “Save” button color changes after settings are saved.

TYPE: Mobiltim
Provider name: Any provider name less than 50 characters.
Provider type: SMS
Username: Your account username provided by the provider.
Password:Your account password provided by the provider.
Sender: GSM number or name of the sender (Originator) defined in Mobiltim System. 
(If left blank, the first matching originator in the Mobiltim system is selected automatically.)
API Code: Your vendor code provided by the provider.
Transaction ID: Your operator type number. (Optional)
Provision URL: http://xmlapi.mobildev.com/
Local character permission: Should be checked for SMS to be sent in Turkish.
Iys recipient type: For individual recipient enter "B", for cooperate recipient enter "T".
(It is a mandatory parameter if Iys message type is C.)
Iys message type: For campaign message enter "C", for notification message enter "N".
