How to configure Teggy

Article summary

This documentation aims to provide a guidance to upload a JSON file for your Teggy Chatbot.

  • Go to the Custom Applications page from the Infrastructure Management tab.

  • Click on the Upload File button in the operations part.

  • Select the JSON file you want to upload and click on the open button.

  • Your JSON file is now available and its name is editable in the results part.


  • The URL of the JSON file that was uploaded is:

    argeXX.tegsoftcloud.com/Tobe/

    customForms/nameOfTheFile.json Where XX is the server that you use,

    For instance:

    arge11.tegsoftcloud.com/Tobe/

    customForms/tutorial.json

  • Go to the Teggy Settings page in the Management tab. Create a new assistant, the assistant type must be "Customer Assistant (Chatbot)".

    Config URL must be the URL of the JSON file that you have uploaded before.

  • Go to the Webchat Skills (Queue) page in the Management tab. Create a webchat skill.

  • In the basic part of the skill that you have created, the Members must be Teggy.

    The Assistant must be the assistant that you have created in the previous part.

The JSON file that you have uploaded is activated and applied to the Assistant that you have created. The assistant must be used by a Webchat Skill.
