Introduction
This document describes how to configure the GönderSMS provider integrated with Tegsoft.
After completing the configuration, SMS messages can be sent through the GönderSMS service from Tegsoft CRM and other SMS-enabled modules.
Configuration
Navigate to:
Management → Contact Center Settings → SMS / E-Mail Service Providers
To create a new provider definition, click the "+" button and fill in the required fields.
Provider Settings

| Provider Name | Any name less than 50 characters |
| Provider Type | SMS |
| API Key | Token obtained from the My Account (Hesabım) section on gondersms.com |
| Sender | An approved sender title registered in your GönderSMS account |
After entering all required information, click the Save button.
Testing
To verify the configuration:
Step1:Go to CRM to Contacts
Step2:Click ''+''
Step3:Click the Send SMS button.
Step4 & Step5:After entering phone number, Click the ''SMS icon''
Step6:Select GönderSMS as the provider.
Step7:Send a test SMS message.
Step8:Wait a few minutes and verify that the message status is updated to SUCCESS.
Notes
- Sender title approval must be completed on the GönderSMS platform.
- No additional Tegsoft configuration is required after the provider is configured correctly.
- SMS delivery may fail if the sender title has not been approved by GönderSMS.
