Customize Tegsoft Contact Center Logo

Tegsoft users can create a custom look with the purpose of creating their personal branding for their Contact Center by making changes to the default Tegsoft logo provided in the uncustomized system.

Each Tegsoft Contact Center UI (User Interface) has two logos on the login screen and on the top-left after login screen. On a Tegsoft Contact Center server, these logos are stored in the .png files that are automatically created. 

The names of these .png files are as follows:

company-topleft.png

The default locations of these files are as follows:

/var/www/html/custom_images/

To change the default logos for your Tegsoft Contact Center, create your custom .png logo files, name them according to the patterns above, and then copy your files to the appropriate locations to overwrite the original logo files stored there.

 
SCP (Secure Copy Protocol) or utility software such as WinSCP and FileZilla may be used to copy the logo file to the appropriate folder.

The command to be used for SCP should be as follows.

scp -P2222 LOGO_LOCATION_ON_LOCALE ROOT_USER_NAME@TEGSOFT_FQDN_OR_IP:/var/www/html/custom_images/

After the copying process is completed, the Tegsoft Contact Center default logo is going to change as in the screenshots below.
