# Campaign Creation

**📞 1. How to create a voice campaign?**

  
    
  

Go to **Management > Voice Campaign Manager** section. **💬 2. How to create a WhatsApp & SMS campaign?**

  
    
  

Go to **Management > WhatsApp & SMS Campaign**. Click the **+** icon on the left side.

#### 📩 SMS Campaign

  

- Select **SMS** as the “Service Type.”
- Choose the service provider used in the system under **Service Provider**.
- Set the time interval for when the message will be sent.
- Write the desired message in the **Message** section.
- Go to the **Contacts** page. You can either import an Excel file to add contacts in bulk or select contacts from the system’s CRM to create the campaign.

  

#### 📱 WhatsApp Campaign

  

- Select **WhatsApp** as the “Service Type.”
- Choose the service provider used in the system under **Service Provider**.
- Set the time interval for when the message will be sent.
- In the **Template** section, select message templates created by the WhatsApp provider.
- Go to the **Contacts** section. You can either import an Excel file to add contacts in bulk or select contacts from the system’s CRM to create the campaign.
